Minty Fresh

I realised it has been a while since I put together a ‘look book look’ based on one of the pins from my Pinterest Look Book board. This is one of my favourite blog posts to put out and after creating this summery outfit, I’m even more eager for this weather to warm up.

Today I have gone with a pre-made template from Polyvore for my presentation – I haven’t really used these templates before as I feel that they are a little too “magaziney” but after putting in all of the items, I actually like the final product and will remember these templates for future presentation ideas.

Minty Fresh

These gorgeous Balmain shorts were the starting point for this look. I love the colour combination and the pattern that isn’t too much, while the silk fabric adds an element of glam to the overall finish.

To continue the mint theme, I used the Polyvore editor to find this sleeveless mint shirt from Oasap which is perfect as I’ve been wanting to try out the button-down trend for a while.

I would normally select flat sandals to wear with shorts but wanted to try and keep the look more on the dressy side. These stunning Vionnet ankle strap heels have great colour contrast, and bringing in the natural colour helps to keep the look from being too matchy-matchy.

To accessorise, I went with this classic Chanel Leather Clutch with patchwork pattern – a bag quietly creeping to the top of my wish list – and this metal necklace from Zara which is the perfect feature for the button-down shirt.
